These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klic mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Klic ("Klic", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Klic, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@klic.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may require identity verification to comply with applicable financial regulations.
3. Using the Service
Klic lets you make payments at participating merchants and manage your transactions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
4. Payments and Fees
You authorize Klic and its payment partners to process payments you initiate. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or available balance. Any fees applicable to your use of the Service will be disclosed in the app before you incur them. Transactions may be subject to limits for security and regulatory reasons.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds for purchases are handled according to the policy of the merchant you paid. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. We will work with you and our partners to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Klic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

תנאי שימוש אלה ("התנאים") חלים על הגישה והשימוש שלך באפליקציית Klic ובשירותים הנלווים ("השירות") המסופקים על ידי Klic ("Klic", "אנחנו" או "שלנו"). יצירת חשבון או שימוש בשירות מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים, אל תשתמש בשירות.
1. כשירות
עליך להיות בן 16 לפחות (או הגיל המינימלי הנדרש בתחום השיפוט שלך) ובעל יכולת להתקשר בחוזה מחייב כדי להשתמש בשירות. בשימוש ב-Klic אתה מאשר שהמידע שמסרת מדויק ומלא.
2. החשבון שלך
- אתה אחראי לשמירה על סודיות פרטי ההתחברות שלך ולכל פעילות שמתבצעת בחשבונך.
- הודע לנו מיד בכתובת hello@klic.app אם אתה חושד בגישה בלתי מורשית.
- ייתכן שנדרוש אימות זהות כדי לעמוד בדרישות רגולציה פיננסית.
3. השימוש בשירות
Klic מאפשרת לך לבצע תשלומים בבתי עסק משתתפים ולנהל את העסקאות שלך. אתה מתחייב להשתמש בשירות למטרות חוקיות בלבד ובהתאם לתנאים אלה. אינך רשאי:
- להשתמש בשירות לעסקאות הונאה, בלתי חוקיות או בלתי מורשות.
- לנסות לשבש, להפריע או להשיג גישה בלתי מורשית לשירות או למערכותיו.
- לבצע הנדסה לאחור, להעתיק או למכור מחדש חלק כלשהו מהשירות.
4. תשלומים ועמלות
אתה מאשר ל-Klic ולשותפי התשלום שלה לעבד תשלומים שאתה יוזם. באחריותך לוודא יתרה או כיסוי מספקים. כל עמלה החלה על השימוש שלך בשירות תוצג באפליקציה לפני שתחויב בה. עסקאות עשויות להיות כפופות למגבלות מטעמי אבטחה ורגולציה.
5. החזרים ומחלוקות
החזרים בגין רכישות מטופלים בהתאם למדיניות בית העסק שבו שילמת. אם אתה סבור שעסקה הייתה בלתי מורשית או שגויה, פנה אלינו במהירות כדי שנוכל לבדוק. נפעל מולך ומול שותפינו ליישוב מחלוקות בהתאם לדין החל.
6. קניין רוחני
השירות, לרבות התוכנה, העיצוב, הלוגו והתוכן שבו, הוא בבעלות Klic או מעניקי הרישיון שלה ומוגן בדיני קניין רוחני. אנו מעניקים לך רישיון מוגבל, לא בלעדי, שאינו ניתן להעברה וניתן לביטול, לשימוש בשירות למטרות אישיות ולא מסחריות.
7. השעיה וסיום
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתך לשירות בכל עת אם תפר תנאים אלה, אם הדבר נדרש על פי חוק, או כדי להגן על השירות ומשתמשיו. באפשרותך להפסיק להשתמש בשירות ולסגור את חשבונך בכל עת.
8. הגבלת אחריות לתקינות
השירות מסופק "כפי שהוא" ו"כפי שזמין" ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק. איננו מתחייבים שהשירות יפעל ללא הפרעה, יהיה מאובטח או נטול שגיאות.
9. הגבלת חבות
במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, Klic לא תהיה אחראית לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי, מיוחד, תוצאתי או עונשי, או לכל אובדן רווחים או נתונים, הנובעים מהשימוש שלך בשירות.
10. שינויים בתנאים
אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. נפרסם את הגרסה המעודכנת כאן ונעדכן את תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה". המשך השימוש שלך בשירות לאחר כניסת השינויים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
11. דין חל
תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, ללא התחשבות בכללי ברירת הדין, אלא אם נדרש אחרת על פי דיני הגנת הצרכן החלים.
